Varieties

Made with Tempranillo (70%) and Garnacha (30%) grapes.

Elaboration

Grapes are manually harvested in the mid october. They ferments at  controlled temperature (no more than 26ºC) in order to preserve their qualities

Tasting notes

In sight we find a  cherry red colour with purple touches.

Regarding the smells we can find red fruits and flowers with a lot of persistance.

Concerning the mouth, It has a fresh entrance and a smooth pass giving us a balsamic sensation and a pleasant aftertaste.

Consumption Temperature

You should consume this wine at 14ºC
