This wine is made with Garnacha (70%) and Viura (30%)
Elaboration
Grapes were manually harvested during the firts fortnight of october. After that, they macerate for a very short period of time in order to get the right colour. Then, we press them. Finally the grape must fements at a controlled temperature (between 14 and 18ºC) in order to preserve the bouquet.
Tasting notes
In sight Its colour is pale orange, or how we usually say «onion skin». It´s the typical colour of the rosés in this area.
In reference to the smells, we can find a pleasant and fruity wine, which remind us of apple and fruits such as peach and similar.
Concerning the taste It´s fresh, light and with the right point of acidity.
Consumption Temperature
You should consume this wine very cold.
