Chaval White wine

Varieties

This wine has been made with Viura (90%) and Malvasia (10%) grapes.

Elaboration

The grapes are harvested in the first week of october. After that we press the grapes, which have macerated for a short period of time. Then, we pull apart the must from the “mud”. Finally the must ferments at low temperature to preserve the bouquet.

Tasting notes

In sight It´s a very brilliant wine, with a pale white colour and greenish touches.

Regarding the smells, we can find an intense and fruity bouquet.

Concerning the flavours It´s fresh and light, soft and very pleasant.

Consumption temperature

You should consume this wine very cold, between 6 and 10ºC
