The grape is manually harvested during the third week of october. Is cames from our oldest vineyards. Grapes macerate – ferment during a long time in order to extract Its best qualities. The wine is in french and american barrels for 24 months and then, mature in bottle during 12 months more.
In sight It has a cherry red colour. It´s bright and with pretty glycerical.
Regarding the smells, we can find a very intense wine, Mature red fruit and typical smells of the maturation in barrel, such as oak, vainilla, coffee, cookie and toasted reminds.
Concerning the taste, It´s involving, very balsamic and rounded. It has Light licorice flavour and pretty soft tannins.
You should consume this wine between 14 and 18ºC.
